Neil deGrasse Tyson. Dogmatic atheists…

Neil deGrasse Tyson undoubtedly hoped (at least we suppose so) you and your family are having a wonderful holiday season. Nevertheless, a series of tweets sent by the astrophysicist on last Christmas have incensed some, as he provocatively questioned both the significance of the holiday — and the reason we celebrate it.

The messages drew a strong response across the Internet, with incensed commenters referring to the physicist as “a bigoted hack” and a “satanic shrill,” among other names.

On Friday, apparently in response to the strong reactions his statements drew a day earlier, Tyson again took to Twitter, this time to ponder, “Imagine a world in which we are all enlightened by objective truths rather than offended by them”. (1)

Now that the holidays have passed, it is time to judge more objectively what Tyson said.
And I am really sorry that I have to say the obvious once more but…
making fun of the arguments of other people is never an argument…

Atheists claim that science proves there is no God.
Or that it does not prove His existence.
But it all depends on what God is…
Tyson does not believe Christ came to Earth.
He does not believe historical documents regarding Jesus.
He knows (somehow) otherwise.

Atheists do not believe there is something more than matter.

Even though they cannot even utter a single detail about the materialistic nature (in the serious meaning of the word, not the superficial one given to it by scientists who just analyze HOW something works) of our mind, of our thoughts,of our emotions, of our existence…

Seeing matter and attributing everything to matter is not anything important.
Validating a theory (everything is based on matter) via a theory which is based on the premise you want to prove is not proving anything.

It seems that the picture is clear.
And indeed it is.
It all comes down to this: Do we believe we are just “complicated meat”?

What is the “objective” truth in a world full of immaterial consciousness?

Look at those who shout the most.
Usually they are the ones who should stay silent…
