Breath… Being a child… Being unconscious…

The rhythm of breathing creates electrical activity in the human brain that enhances emotional judgments and memory recall, scientists have discovered for the first time. These effects on behavior depend critically on whether you inhale or exhale and whether you breathe through the nose or mouth. (1)

We are so preoccupied with doing things, that we forget to do the obvious. Stop. Breath. Breath again. Sometimes you have to return to the beginning in order to clearly envision the ending. In the beginning we used to think in order to breath, to walk, to eat. Now we do it unconsciously. Now our consciousness is too much occupied with doing more advanced things, more elaborate movements.
