The past does die… Can you listen to it being born?

Meet Lawrence Brooks.

The oldest WWII veteran aged 110, holding a photo of his younger self in the picture above.

He is oldest American WWII veteran and also the oldest living man in the United States. Born in September 12, 1909 (source).

Proud past.

Holding our present together.

But there is a dark secret behind it.

Because you see…

Light needs darkness to be born.

You see..

One day he will be gone.

Unfortunately…

One day we will forget.

One day…

The past will die.

Sadly.

It is the only way it can be reborn.

And in the midst of the most glorious peacful day…

While drawing its last silent breath…

The drums of War will start humming loud and clear far far away…

Father. Mother. Cosmos…

It was long thought that during an embryo’s first cell division, one spindle is responsible for segregating the embryo’s chromosomes into two cells. Scientists now show that there are actually two spindles, one for each set of parental chromosomes, meaning that the genetic information from each parent is kept apart throughout the first division. Molded in fire.

Opposites in constant war.

A cosmos in turmoil.

Look at that beautiful day.

There is a tornado behind it.

Father. Mother…

I can feel it…

How peaceful…

A universe in fire…

Palmyra: Islamists exposing the total void in western values. [OR: Let it burn. Let it burn…]

Palmyra ruins in Syria
Palmyra ruins in Syria

Palmyra is now in the hands of IS. (1)

Soon, any monument there will be history.

And while islamists kill, rape and destroy down here on the ground, the civilized West will be bombarding them from the air…

The once Christianic Europe, the cradle of civilization, is now just a… void ready to be filled in with islamists. Never before had the lack of values in the “progressive” atheistic/ hypocritically christianic West been so decisively crucial and so symbologically clear. For oil we went for war at the end of the world. For raped girls and destroyed monuments, well… who cares? Right?

And like this, a catastrophological mania consumes me.

The urge to see the Acropolis torn down, the Colloseum destroyed stone by stone, the Hagia Sophia burned to the ground, the Mona Lisa (if this thing can stand in the same sentence with the previously mentioned monuments) re-painted in black, the… whatever important monument England has (besides the stolen Greek statues and the Stonehenge which was built in the 20th century) destroyed…

Who cares after all? Right?

Pass me the popcorn please.

Art as a weapon of War…

For decades in art circles it was either a rumour or a joke, but now it is confirmed as a fact. The Central Intelligence Agency used American modern art – including the works of such artists as Jackson Pollock, Robert Motherwell, Willem de Kooning and Mark Rothko – as a weapon in the Cold War. In the manner of a Renaissance prince – except that it acted secretly – the CIA fostered and promoted American Abstract Expressionist painting around the world for more than 20 years.

The connection is improbable. This was a period, in the 1950s and 1960s, when the great majority of Americans disliked or even despised modern art – President Truman summed up the popular view when he said: “If that’s art, then I’m a Hottentot.” As for the artists themselves, many were ex- communists barely acceptable in the America of the McCarthyite era, and certainly not the sort of people normally likely to receive US government backing.

Why did the CIA support them? Because in the propaganda war with the Soviet Union, this new artistic movement could be held up as proof of the creativity, the intellectual freedom, and the cultural power of the US. Russian art, strapped into the communist ideological straitjacket, could not compete. (1)

Art is something we do not understand.
Art is what makes us humans.

That doesn’t mean that art cannot be used by people who are not humans.
That doesn’t mean that art cannot be used by people who do not understand it.

Because deep inside humans who deserve art actually understand it.
They do not know why. But they do understand it.

Art was indeed used as a weapon. But what those fools in CIA did not understand was they what they did not understand changed them. Even slightly to the better. Even slightly to the right direction.

And not, they will not understand that either…

A-10. A hidden secret. Nazi technology today. War. Politics.

The U.S. Air Force’s A-10 is an ugly, low-flying, slow-moving beast of an aircraft known affectionately by the troops as the Warthog. But even as the flying tank gets ready to shred ISIS terrorists to pieces over Iraq and Syria with its massive 30mm cannon—firing depleted uranium shells the size of a Coke bottle—it hides a dark secret: an unrepentant Nazi fighter pilot helped to develop the ungainly warplane.

Engineer Pierre Sprey, a former Pentagon procurement official who helped design the A-10, confirmed to The Daily Beast that none other than legendary Luftwaffe Colonel Hans-Ulrich Rudel was consulted to develop the Warthog.

Rudel was the Nazi-era Wehrmacht’s (which included the Heer, Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe) most highly decorated officer and the only man to have been awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Golden Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds. During his wartime career, Rudel flew over 2,530 combat sorties over the Eastern Front against the Soviet Union and amassed a combat record of over 2,000 targets destroyed–800 vehicles, 519 tanks, 150 artillery pieces, 70 landing craft, nine aircraft, four armored trains, several bridges, a destroyer, two cruisers, and the Soviet battleship Marat.

However, as good a fighter pilot as Rudel was, it is an undeniable fact the he was an unrepentant Nazi and devotee of Adolf Hitler. After, the war Rudel—who became a relatively successful businessman–continued to advocate for the Third Reich and its genocidal, racist policies. One example of that: Rudel was a prominent member of the neo-Nazi German Reich Party from 1953 onward.(1)

War is ugly.
And not only Nazis do war.
An ugly truth we want to forget…

We claim to be different from the Nazis.
And indeed we are.

The Nazis said publicly that they wanted to conquer the world.
The US say publicly that they just want peace and justice…
The Nazis said publicly that they wanted to kill people.
The US claim publicly that they want to save people from harm…
The Nazis did not try to project their crimes to others.
The US bombs countries while Discovery or History Channel play Hitler documentaries…

We need an evil escape goat to fight against.
But this escape goat is 60 years old and will soon die.

Let him without sin scramble the first A-10… Or Stuka… Or whatever…
