Navy Sub Collision

Having data is not the same as having information.

Other nations have SM-3 missiles (1). But not one of them can use them to shoot down a satellite as USA did… (2)

SM-3 launch to destroy USA 193 satellite
AEGIS intercepting the satellite

Having a set of destroyers is not the same as having a Navy.

Other nations have AEGIS-like destroyers (3). But not one of them can claim they have built a whole anti-ballistici missile defence umbrella with them… (4, 56)

Interconnection between systems, data sharing, data interpretation into useful information and information dissemination between all involved parties, is what makes US Navy the best navy.

It is not a matter of who has the best units (which is also the case in many classes of ships/ submarines, but not all). It is a matter of who has made the best TEAM out of them all. Even the best Borei-class submarine (successor of the legendary Typhoon class in Russia) is absolutely useless withing a battle field if it is acting as a separate unit…

The philosophy of ONE is immensly important in War…
