Peoples, TV, killing, "not-knowing"...

When Louie Psihoyos asked people in Japan if they knew about the slaughtering of dolphins that Japanese fishermen conducted (see "The Cove" for that), no one "knew"... Well, but then again people there believe that mercury poisoning in Minamata was a random disease, that it was good to have nuclear plants near the coast or that the Fukushima area is now "safe" since the government "told them"...

And not for one moment think that this is about Japanese people only. People here in Greece are the same. In USA, France, UK and other countries you can see similar phenomena of misinformation and people accepting this "information".
