Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, took a ride on the "Tube", for the first time in 27 years, to mark the London Underground's 150th anniversary. [1] The event was so extraordinary that it baffled even the press office of Charles, who initially reported wrongly that the prince had took the tube for the last time in 1979, only to later correct that date. [2]

It makes me wonder: what makes the leaders of this world so much alienated from the world in which the rest of the people live in? Is it arrogance, stupidity or an explosive mixture of both?
