Having data is not the same as having information.
Having a set of destroyers is not the same as having a Navy.
Interconnection between systems, data sharing, data interpretation into useful information and information dissemination between all involved parties, is what makes US Navy the best navy.
It is not a matter of who has the best units (which is also the case in many classes of ships/ submarines, but not all). It is a matter of who has made the best TEAM out of them all.
