Improved engagement somewhere entails reduced engagement somewhere else.
Isn’t this obvious?
Less engagement to a mobile phone means more engagement to the classroom. More engagement to the classroom means more engagement to your self. More engagement to your self, means more engagement to the cosmos.
But the cosmos is not engaged with you.

Engage yourself.
