Older adults who regularly listen to or play music appear to have significantly lower risks of dementia and cognitive decline. The data suggests that musical engagement could be a powerful, enjoyable tool for supporting cognitive resilience in aging. (1)

As part of the cosmos. As part of our self.

The world moves in sync with us.

Planets and stars move along with the worms under our feet.

Sharp brain. Full of potential.

One day that will go away. And we will fall into dementia. And we will stop thinking. And for one small moment the world will stand silent.
